When you visit Cesar in your car he’s already waiting for you in his car with Kendl next to him. And he tells you the boys you’re going to race against don’t like to lose. (Well, you neither.)
Now follow Cesar and Kendl to the race. When the race starts you must race from checkpoint to checkpoint as fast as you can. (Tip: don’t bash the other cars as it may cause destruction of your car or spinning around which could cause you to lose.) To win you must finish in 1: 34minutes or faster. When you’ve won the race you’ve completed the mission.
