When you visit Big Smoke Tenpenny and his “colleague” are coming out of the house and Big Smoke tells you he needs to pick up his cousin who’s coming from Mexico. Now get in the car with Big Smoke and drive to the meet in East Los Santos.
When you arrive there Big Smoke starts some trouble with two gangsters there and he beat kills one by beating him with a bat. Now you must chase down the other one as Big Smoke is too tired to chase him. (Tip: don’t follow the exact same way as the gangster does but go around the house. (See screenshot))
Now just shoot him, don’t mind the other Vagos who are shooting at you. If you’re not able to shoot him he will get in a car after a short while and will try to escape that way. When he reaches his destination (See screenshot) the mission will be failed.
