When you get to the donut shop you see Officer Pulaski coming out of the donut shop you try to get away but you can’t make it. Now Officer Tenpenny says the Ballas are arming themselves with weapons they buy from the Russians. Now go to the docks to prevent the Ballas from cutting the deal.
Now get into the warehouse. (Everyone there is armed.) When you start shooting there will be a forklift with two barrels on it driving to you. Just shoot the barrels and they will explode. You can use the trucks on your right for some cover. (See screenshot)
Now go into the warehouse and follow the path.
Note: there will be some health and body armor packages behind boxes so keep an eye out for them.
Now fight your way to the office. After a short while you will come to a pretty open space with stairs. Under those stairs is an AK-47 waiting for you. It is really useful to pick it up. Now go up the stairs. In the room in front of you is the Russian arms dealer, he will escape and you will have to chase him. After a while he’ll get into a car and you need to chase him. You will probably have picked up the SMGs from the guards so you can shoot from the bike at his car. Chase him now.
Steer your bike just behind his car (See screenshot) and press LMB (Left Mouse Button) to shoot at him. When you’ve made his car explode the mission is over.
