In this mission you must kill the witness who Tenpenny and Pulaski were talking about. When you’ve killed him you must take a picture of his body as a proof that you killed him.
Note: you will have to buy new weapons because the police has taken yours.
Now take a bike or car and get up the mountain where the witness is.
Note: he will be guarded so watch out.
After a few seconds he will come out of the building and he will try to escape by car. Follow him on the bike which is next to the building. When you made his car burn he will get out and you can easily kill him. (In case you didn’t kill him when he left the building.) Now photograph the body and take the camera back to Tenpenny. (This will be where you started the mission.)
You might be wanted now so watch out on your way back.
Mission completed.
