When you start this mission Cesar and Kendl will be in a trailer because they had to get out of Los Santos. When you get there Cesar wants to get back to Los Santos to cap some guys. He also tells you that Big Smoke sends a car to San Fiero every week and it comes back with drugs. Now you must keep an eye on the highway to San Fiero.
Note: Cesar will call you when you can attack them.
When you get out of the trailer you’ll get a phone call from Catalina, she says you must get to her place because there are still four places you must rob. Go to Catalina now.
