When you get to the bank Catalina will open the safe and you must keep the shotgun aimed at the bank employees. Like this.
This goes always wrong, there’s nothing you can do about it. You must now shoot some machines to collect the remaining money.
Now you’ll flee via the backdoor. The place is completely surrounded by cops so be sure to be well armed. If you have a (sniper) rifle you can go right immediately when you get outside and you can go up the stairs a bit and snipe some policemen. You can also just attack them the normal way. After a while there will be two policemen on a bike which you must shoot.
Note: they’re armed with shotguns so watch out.
Now you must get on one of the bikes. (See screenshot)
Now flee from the bank. After a short pursuit Catalina will be trapped by the police at the junction in front of you. If you’re far enough behind you can snipe them, but it’s better to stay on your bike and drive to them, stop at the road junction and let Catalina get on the bike. Now make sure you’re quick enough so you won’t get busted and go left to the hideout.
