When you enter the blip in front of the garage Cesar calls you you beacause he discovered something nice about a Ballas car. Now you must pick him in Red County.
When you get to Cesar you must get into his car and drive to Angel Pine. When you’ve parked the car in Angel Pine there will be a stairs next to it. Now get up the stairs onto the roof and walk into the blip.
Note: If you manage to get the car destroyed or Cesar killed the mission will be a failure.
Now your normal vision changes into a photo camera view automatically. When Cesar warns you there’ll be a car coming and you must photograph the faces of the people that come out of the car. The first and second car will park between the restaurant and the building on its left.
The third and fourth car will park on the road just on the right of the restaurant.
The first guy who gets out of a car is Ryder, so he betrayed you and you and Ryder are now enemies, the second guy is T-Bone Mendez. The third and fourth guy are unknown.
Mission completed.
