In the Paramedic mission you must get an ambulance and pick up patients to bring them safely to the hospital. You start at level one with one patient. For every level there will be one more patient, so at level two there will be two and at level three there will be three and so on.
After each level you will be rewarded with some money. There are 12 levels in total. When you’ve completed all 12 levels you will be rewarded with an extra $5000 and your maximum health increases a lot.
- Drive carefully as the Pay ‘n’ Spray will not repair your ambulance.
- Try not to upset the cops because you’ll have to stop a lot to let your patients get in.
- If you can’t find a hospital to steal and ambulance you get yourself killed and you’ll be revived at the hospital, you can also kill someone else, steal the ambulance that will come, start the paramedic mission and you can find the hospital that way.
- Try to divide the numerous patients in different groups of three and pick them up group by group, this way you can work more efficient.
- You can already start driving when the patient has just one foot in the ambulance.
- Punch at the back doors a few times, this way the back doors will fall off and the patients will take less time to get in. (see screenshot)
